Electrical Contractors

The NASCLA defines Electrical Contracting as the installation, maintenance, alteration, or repair of any electrical equipment, apparatus, control system, or electrical device, which is attached to or incorporated into any building or structure, except for low voltage contracting.  CAACO is an electrical contractor serving the industrial, commercial, institutional, and retail markets.  We can support small to medium sized new construction projects, and all sizes of renovation and additions through our service department.

Industrial: Industrial electrical work is plant work.  Power for newly installed machines, motor control, and lighting maintenance are just a few examples of some of the industrial work that we routinely perform.

Commercial: Our commercial work and retail are very similar.  Again, we can support small to medium sized new construction projects, and just about any size tenant build-out.  With the way tenant build out projects go, our customers benefit often by taking advantage of both our electrical and low voltage expertise.  Everything from the medium voltage distribution system, to switches, receptacles and lights.  Include all of your low voltage needs (network, telephone, CCTV, etc.) and you've got the perfect turn key project.  We'll even light your parking lot with wall packs and poll lights.

Institutional: Basic needs are similar to that of a commercial project.  The way they differ is in building materials.  Where in a commercial tenant space,  the walls may completely be reconfigured every couple of years to suite your needs.  Institutional properties have a more sturdy wall.  One that will typically stay the life of the building.  Our techniques in providing you with the power you need today, and raceway for future growth differ dramatically in institutional.  Schools, hospitals, medical offices, Churches, hotels are just a few examples of some institutional customers. 

Theatrical Lighting: Beyond some of the dimming systems that we would install in a hotel lobby or ballroom, there is theatrical lighting.  Schools, churches, and public theaters all have a special need for theatrical lighting.  This form of lighting is responsible for setting a mood, breaking up scenes, or special effect.  We can fulfill your needs from par cans and basic dimming on up to some of the most complex DMX controlled intelligent lighting.

Generators / UPS:  Generators and UPS (uninterrupted Power Source) are extremely important in today's computer driven world.  A basic UPS battery back-up can provide you with enough time to safely power down important systems until utility power is restored.  You can add a generator to the system, and virtually never lose power.
