24 Hour Service 24 Hour Service has two meanings. The first concentrates on the "Service". Repairs A service truck is dispatched when you are broken down. This might include a power outage (total or partial), network down (local or wide area networks), or the like. Our service technicians are also trained to determine cause of trouble and solution to electrical AND low voltage needs. That means one of our technicians isn't going to walk out saying "not our problem". Our technicians will stay until the job is complete. Scheduled Maintenance The second concentrates on the "24 Hour" part. We realize that shutting down your entire telephone system at 8am on Monday isn't always the best time. Therefore, we can schedule maintenance projects during your "planned" down time. This may be after 6pm on a weekday, or after midnight on a Sunday. From an industrial plant that needs extra hours in the day during a shut down, to a school that just needs the work done when class is out. We can handle your scheduled maintenance projects. Service Territories Service trucks are dispatched from the following territories.
|
Charges:We have a minimum 2 hour charge for service calls, which includes one-way travel from dispatch point to jobsite.
